UPDATE: Photographer Marcus Santos has filed an assault complaint against Alec Baldwin.
OMG. The Daily News reports that Alec Baldwin attacked one of their photographers outside the New York City Marriage Bureau this morning! ‘I knew he was going to attack me. I stepped back, and he kept coming,’ says Daily News photog Marcus Santos, who claims Baldwin punched him. No report on whether or not the Daily News will file charges.
